Join Kathy for this welcoming class for beginners and experienced students alike. Move through a balanced sequence with options for every body, focusing on breath, strength and mobility. Class ends with a calming cool-down and relaxation to leave you grounded and refreshed. Participants should dress in comfortable clothing that they can stretch in. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. Limited to 25 participants.
