Read a story as you explore nature at Dix Park. We've displayed the pages of a children's book for you to read as you walk along the trail. The Story Trail is long enough to contain an entire children's story but short enough so you don't wear out your little ones. Best of all, it ends directly at the nature play space where kids can play, climb, build, and explore.

Each season brings a new book to the Story Trail so stop back often throughout the year.

The Story Trail was made possible through a generous grant from the Ravenna United Fund and our partnership with The Portage Park District.
