It’s time to make movie magic! Join us as we start filming our original short film on-site at the library. Open to all skill levels, actors, camera crew, and helpers welcome!
The cameras are rolling! In this session of our ongoing Short Film Class series, we’ll move from planning to production and begin filming our original short film right here at the library.
Whether you want to be behind the camera, in front of it, or helping out with lighting, sound, and directing, there’s a role for everyone. No prior filmmaking experience is necessary—just bring your creativity and enthusiasm.
We’ll cover basic camera operation, shot setup, acting tips, and teamwork skills to make the shoot smooth and fun. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on filmmaking techniques in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Missed the earlier sessions? No problem, you can still join as part of the cast or crew!
All equipment provided.
Registration is required, limited to 15 people.
