Do you need help centering or grounding yourself? Do you want help being more mindful? Then register for our Self-Care Kit!

Each kit will include:

  • Two bags of cozy herbal tea
  • A cozy monthly playlist
  • A relaxing monthly project or craft
  • Fun book recommendations

Kits will be available on the first Thursday of every month to help start your weekend right. Registration limited to 15 people.
