Join us while we explore the work and process of artist/photographer Robert Rooney and walk around town to create your own Rooney-inspired photo grid!
From 1969 to 1980, the artist and photographer Robert Rooney’s work consisted mainly of deliberately unartistic photographs of the world around him. Join us while we explore Main Street, take pictures in the style of Rooney, and find the artistic in the everyday! We'll meet at Reed Memorial and explore Main Street together.
Make sure to bring a camera or a phone that can take photos. In case of bad weather, we'll take our hike indoors and roam the library.
Limited to 15 people.
Participants will, as a group, walk around W. Main Street Primarily.
