Tom Riddle has studied Buddhist meditation in India, Japan and Tibet. A short guided meditation is part of this program. Event is limited to 25 participants.
Tom Riddle has practiced mindfulness meditation since 1979. The concept of mindfulness comes from Buddhism, but how does it fit into the big picture of what the Buddha taught? In this talk, the life and teachings of the Buddha will be briefly outlined with emphasis on how mindfulness fits into the Buddhist system for finding inner peace. There will also be a short guided mindfulness meditation and meditation resources will be discussed.
