Start the morning with movement, stories, and music at 4-H Yoga for Kids!
4-H Yoga is like yoga for adults, but sillier! Some studies have even suggested that practicing yoga can improve a child’s attention, relationships, self-esteem, and listening skills. Participants will learn both standing and floor poses, as well as yoga games, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation techniques. A parent or guardian must stay with their child and we encourage parent participation as well! Limited to 15 participants.
Please bring a mat or towel.
