Children ages 1-18 are invited to pick up FREE lunch and breakfast provided by Community Action Council.

This year's summer lunch program will operate as a grab and go, like last year. Monday-Friday, kids can pick up free lunch and breakfast for tomorrow inside the library's lobby, and take it to go. Summer Lunch runs June 1st through August 13th, 2021.

The Community Action Council of Portage County, Inc. is sponsoring the Summer Food Program for Children at sites around Portage County. The program is funded through the US Department of Agriculture, the Ohio Department of Education, and the Community Action Council of Portage County. Any child age 1 to 18 can receive a FREE, nutritious lunch and breakfast (at most sites) at one of the agency’s 20 open sites located throughout Portage County.  No paperwork is required.
